Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/4 cups honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup Skim Plus milk (Original or Lactose Free)
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
2 1/2 cups enriched flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut pieces

Directions:
Beat the butter, olive oil and honey. Add the eggs and beat until smooth. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir in zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 13 by 9 inch pan. Top with walnuts and chocolate chips.

Bake at 325 degrees F. for 40-45 minutes.
