Low Calorie Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups Skim Plus milk (Original or Lactose Free)
1 ½ tablespoons butter
1/3 cup liquid egg substitute (or 3 egg whites)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Ladle onto hot, lightly greased griddle. When bubbles start to form on top, flip over and cook until lightly browned. Serve with syrup or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
